Good news! Strat responded to my email and fixed the custom set! 
Response to a similar email of mine, received this morning...
Ok, I was able to successfully create your new custom set. This time it was a problem on our side, related to the new batch of cards we just added to ATG 9, so we had to fix it before trying to create your set again.
