Wish they would get the poll up so we can vote. Can you tell I am getting antsy?

Wouldn't it be nice if when the poll is posted there were links to what the cards would look like if we got them? Understand they may not be able to put prices on them but should be possible to pop graphics of the cards themselves.

I know, just dreaming while killing time waiting for the poll to show up. ;)

I have all the card sets. Druid is correct, the 64 Koufax is his best card

However, if Paul is right and we get the version of the card he has seen and it has no #s on it then it will be a more useful card.

The '64 koufax has 1 bphr chance on each side and otherwise is great. It is his best card.

A person who wins his league should be able to add the card of his choice to the ATG pool.

I'll say it again...

Every 2 months, there should be a nomination thread. Just like the last nomination thread. 40 players , 20 players... Hell even 10. I don't care.

That should be it.

There shouldn't be ANOTHER vote for ONLY 5 guys. The customer base is helping choose the players they want. Plain & simple.

This way it would be an ongoing addition process.

Also, I wish there was a way we could track which manager chooses which player to see if they actually used that player.

Sure it's nice to speak up and add cards, but you kinda have to use them, if you wanted them.

How about ALL the Triple Crown Winners.

Missing Hitters:
Miguel Cabrera 2012 We have his 2006 card.
Heinie Zimmerman 1912 We do have a 1914 card.
Paul Hines 1878 Questionable addition.

Ted Willaims 1942/1947 Not really needed we have his BEST season. But we could have one of these added.
Jimmy Foxx 1933 Have his BEST season. But like Williams this could be added.

Missing Pitchers:
Justin Verlander 2011 Yes he is on the vote list and he could get in.
Jake Peavy 2007

With regards to pitchers the rest are represented. A few on the list could have a card added.

So what are we talking about 4 maybe 5 cards to be added. With additional cards maybe 15 tops. Come on SOM do the RIGHT thing here. :)

I also agree with Visick about just adding the 40 that was submitted and forego the voting process.
