Visick, I'm surprised we don't have an epic post to go with this. Were all issues solved satisfactorily at least?
Yesterday I got a response.
They asked if I wanted the $ back or keep the $ and add the credits.
I asked them to add the credits to my account.
But they aren't there yet...
