League champion restrictions with high win %???

Responding to kev's post - why would anyone join a 6 team league they have no chance to win since the creator has rigged the franchise groupings in his favor to such an unfair degree? I think maybe managers look at their potential teams and they think that they have a decent team but don't take the time to consider the team that the guy who made the groups has given himself.
