OK...native New Yorker who has lived in 11 places in the US and overseas.
Included St Louis, KC, Omaha, puerto rico, colorado, Florida, and saw amateur, spring, and pro baseball in each.

KC is a very good sports town...a nice city...and seeing Yankee games there was a real treat. Cheaper and lots of Yankee fans. ;)
Coming down I70 to the complex was always a great thing.

And I admit I enjoyed growing up on Long Island watching the Mets and Yankees in the NY area...but KC folks make their town a nice town and a nice place to watch baseball. Maybe a notch below St Louis, but pretty good for an old style park.
