OK, I am clear on 2 of the 3. So is Pedro available to Boston ONLY or available as a FA to teams he has played for if Montreal NOT taken?

Yes please clarify is Pedro available to the LAD because his highest card is Montreal

In this case since there is a card for Pedro with Boston...they have 1st crack unless Montreal is selected.

Priority as follows:

1. High Card Rules
2. Team not selected High Card from selected franchise...ie Pedro no Montreal...Boston 1st dibs
3. Team Not selected no card other then non-selected team open to all he played for ie Sheffield...Braves not selected any one he played for can snag
