It looks as if this is the basic draft sequence for this season. As Geoff mentioned I've substituted the newcomers in place of the people who are not returning, in the order that they signed up. The first 12 names on the list will be put through a randomizer to finalize their order, and the bottom 12 draft in the order shown below. Please check and confirm:

While we wait for rolandzeut,

can someone summarize the final decisions (making it as concise as possible):

A- Do we reverse the order for the players draft? I presume it's yes
B- Player's draft: Serpentine or straight?
C- Maximum numbers of players lost per round still...
-3 for the first round
-5 for the first two rounds
-7 for the whole five rounds
