I sent an inquiry to SOM yesterday regarding some email issues:
I am posting this looking to get feedback on issue #2 which SOM considers a possible privacy issue. It is the feature to see when an opposing manager has read a trade offer or any other email sent to them. We had this feature in TSN and anyone who uses MS Outlook knows you can request a Read receipt. So I am not sure why it would be an issue.

Thank you for the e-mail.
1) As of last night we believe the duplicated e-mail feature is now fixed.
Please let us know if you encounter a problem with this in the next few days.
2) This could be considered a privacy issue as some users do not want others to
know if they have read their mail or not. We do not consider this a bug as it
was intentionally not put into place although we may reconsider this in the
future.
3) We will work on fixing the rejected trade e-mail to include the offered
trade.
4) We will consider adding this but for now just use the Sent E-mail tab.
5) We do like this idea and this is something we are looking into adding in the
future.

I am sure someone has already sent an email regarding this, but the email are
still being duped.
There are also a number of other issues with the emails:
1) Emails still being duped.
2) We need to know when another owner has read an email.
3) When someone rejects an offer, the trade that is rejected is not on the
email.
4) It would be extremely helpful if there were a Sent email section below the
inbox on the first folder. Similar to the TSN email set-up.
5) It would be great if there were a chatroom in the individual league you are
in. It would make trading a lot easier. It would also be great if there were a
chatroom on the MB's or somewhere else in a general non-league area.
