Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

I don't generally draft such a heavily slanted sp rotation with a 100m cap, I generally go the bashers route but decided to try something different. I knew this team wasnt going to be scoring a ton of runs but I thought with speed and some luck they would compete a bit better. Is this early bad luck? or should I just stay in the mashers parks
