Single Team $140 million limit DH

We're trying to start a 12 team league, where managers pick players from one organization only... except the yankees, but it would include all the iterations of the Red Sox, Senators, Athletics, etc. So far the Giants, Phillies and Indians have been picked.

I like this type of theme league, but - how are you handling guys with cards for more than one team? Does the player belong to the most expensive season? NeL players? Trades not allowed or limited?
