Shibe Park (also known later as Connie Mack Stadium) was home of the Philadelphia Athletics from 1909-1954 and the Philadelphia Phillies from 1938-1970.

Game 2, 1913 World Series. Christy Mathewson on the mound. Mathewson and Eddie Plank each went 10 innings, with Mathewson and Giants prevailing in 10 innings. The A's would win the series.
