I've seen some huge pitch counts, up in the 180 range.

Reminds of my middle school coach, who would pitch you until your arm fell off. Remember an extra inning game where I pitched nine innings, struck out 18, walked 9, and gave up eight runs. Would be scared to even guess what that pitch count was.

My best buddy threw 240 pitches in a regional high school playoff game our senior year. We won 2-1 in 14 innings. I believe he struck out 21 batters, walked quite a few and knowing him, hit a few as well.
