Re-Run Reveals...Normalization?

OK...so Mel Ott and Yaz, after being underperformers (Ott for the whole season, Yaz for about last 20-30 games before a few nights ago).
Last night with the screwed up order: Yaz hit 2 HRs in one game and had 5-hit game with 6 RBIs. Ott with multi-hit games HRs and walks.
Replay: same thing. Yaz had a 5 RBI- 2HR game--same game number...Ott continued his meteoric climb out of his .200 BA and .780 ops. Yaz has climbed from a 270 BA to his current 290.

So...just an anecdote...but it just struck me is all.

Is this a share your anecdote thread? If so, here is mine:

I could live with or without the wins/loss results from a single series on this team,
but aside from the playoff race, I wanted the simulation to tell me who is doing
better as a table setter, Billy Hamilton (batting 1st) or Hugh Duffy (batting 2nd).
They are in a pitching park and both are in the top 10 in the league in runs scored.
They entered the series tied at 94 runs scored in 120 games.

So in the false lineups, Hal sits Billy Hamilton. And in the re-run he scores once
while Hugh Duffy scores 5 times in one game (#122).

Bigger picture: some of us are following more than just the win-loss totals in these
simulations. So accuracy did matter and I am glad they re-ran it.
