Original Theme League Rnd 2 started in ILC

Ok we are full...I decided on second thought to take Cin (NL)...I am going to allow 1954 to be used. I am going to list all the teams in the ILC. Then I will request random number to be used. That will provide us the draft list. Then after that two round draft is completed we will then wait for ATG VII...hope this is okay
