90 million dollar league

Not too much and not too little. Goldilocks would love this league because it is just right. Take your standard 80 million dollar team and bump it up a little or take your standard 100 million dollar team and trim it a little. The league is called "We must be in the front row!" in honor of my favorite 3rd string catcher. It's no DH, 5/10/20 FA drop.
