What are the other parks in your division? If they are RH or neutral, I would drop/trade Koufax and pick up a RH SP.

I would drop Wickware and put a .50 starter and don't let him pitch. Also, are there any other teams suffering that you could trade with?

I see 10 high salary hitters. You only need 9. I would drop one. I would also drop Lofton and find a power bat in CF if available.

Leagues $140 million and up seem to be won by the guy with the most $10 million players on his roster. Why did you drop Willie Wells?

I think your only opportunity to improve your offense is going to be via platoons, preferably in the OF and at C. OF candidates who might be available are:

vs R
Lynn
Joe Jackson
Stargell
Reiser
Torriente
van Slyke

vs L
Ellis Valentine
Ira Flagstead
Dave Henderson 1990
Willie Wilson 1980
Terry Harper
Kevin Bass

Also look for a DH platoon with Jeff Heath and Joe Evans or Joe Charbonneau. It's hard to arrange a C platoon without Blanchard at that level, but if he's available platoon him with Johnny Romano (either card, depending on your cash). I'd platoon at 3 spots, my priority with your roster would be CF, RF, DH, C, LF.

Finance all this by dropping:

Lofton for a CF platoon
Gwynn for a RF platoon
Belle in all cases
Greenberg for either the cheaper Greenberg card or a platoon - his cheaper card is close enough to the expensive one that even at this cap level it's silly to use the one you're using.
Carter for a C platoon
Foster for a LF platoon
Wickware for a $.50M starter-only like Randy Lerch (he won't pitch more than a few innings, if you grab a starter-reliever type he will pitch and you don't want that)

You have chosen a very tricky park to play in, probably inadvisable for a new player. But you might as well make the best of it. Marichal is a VERY bad fit for that ballpark, with 4 ballpark HR against RHB. If I were going to trade a pitcher from your roster, he's be the candidate. But there are few or no better candidates for you, unless you can get Drysdale, Gibson, or Ruelbach. Drysdale and Gibson may be available if the team they're on sees a lot of LH bats.
