Shuffle the Deck Leagues

How many of these are running? I'm in one, only because the creator came to the boards and announced the salary cap and whether DH or not. Otherwise, it's hit and miss - plus you don't even know if a league has been created with the subset from which you built your team. Maybe one won't be created - who knows? I'm not one to criticize, so we'll call it constructive criticism. If you want people to play, there needs to be a bit more information out there.
