Reverse Lineup: BOO

So this ends the strategy of having Carlton (2L) and Gregg (4R) on the same team.
Just use all E pitchers.

Hopefully you are right. But I will settle for fewer people using Carlton and Gregg so I can put them on my team. :D

Actually I think the fact pairing a 2L and a 4R lefty on the same team to start in a 3 game series because the opponent was helpless to adjust lineups is evidence this was a much needed feature.

I like adding this feature - although it wipes out the advantage I've used of letting HAL set the lineups when facing the Carlton/Gregg issue. When I "let HAL do it," I am usually satisfied with the lineups - and HAL would consider whether the matchup was against a strong or weak "reverse" pitcher.

Where HAL and I would often vary is that HAL has a strong bias toward good defensive catchers. I'll have to see whether I like setting reverse lineups better than "letting HAL do it."

Most of my experience with this "strategy" has been outside the ATG world - and not at all in 200M leagues.

I am curious who would sit and who would play with this new feature.

Feature seems to work as advertized.
I'm curious, would anyone really make a different lineup for an R1L or even an R2L.
The only thing I can see it being useful for, is if you want to take the time to do a lineup for a particular nights games. Not something that you could set and forget.
