Hello Stratomatic? Anybody there?

I bought a 5 pack saturday morning. (12/29)
It shows up in the My Accounts section @ Strat.
All other purchases show up as COMPLETED, this purchase shows up as PAYMENT RECEIVED.
I have a receipt for my purchase.
Yet the credits NEVER showed up in my account.
I've sent 3 emails to customer service. Still havent heard anything from them.

Im guessing its because Bernie is on vacation-
or excuse me John (total coincidence) is 'away' from the internet- and apparently programmers are not programmed to do customer cervix.

I just ordered a five-pack. Showed up right away. All seems good to me!

If you try to create a new team does it use one of those credits to create the team or does it take you to the buy more credits screen. Perhaps payment received is the status until you actually create teams with the credits at which time the status changes to complete.
That is of course total speculation. I have not purchased any credits since the transition. I am still playing with leftover credits that transferred across from TSN.

I needed a credit to enter a team in the Players Championship.
So, when I click create a team, it takes me to the page to purchase 1 team or a 5 pack.
I had to get a team in so this morning I bought "another" 5 pack and it worked right away.
The credits showed up and I created a team.
Right now the 5 pack I bought yesterday are still in limbo.
Maybe somebody from Strat will help me tomorrow.
Or maybe they won't and they'll charge me for 2- 5packs, when I only got 1.

I had the same thing happen with a purchase I made in November.
I sent two emails with invoice and reference number and it was corrected in a day after the second email.....I suspect with the holiday weekend it will be Wednesday before you get any action.
