Let me start that I never did a 200 mil league...
Some things I did notice:
1. you have an .87 cent SP/RP with some innings!!!
2. you have 5 *ed SPers. Get rid of one, and invest that money into your bullpen. You will need to set that .87 guy into your permanent rotation, tho your going to set your per game starters every game, to ensure that the .87 cent guy never sees another inning.
3. Spend as much in your bullpen as you can, of that money you get for dropping whatever SP you decide.
Now, for the hitting. You have bad defensive guys, goin off at the plate, use that while they are hot, start them, and make Cano and Ichiro def replacements.
I m not sure I would use coleman as a pinch runner, his bat is terrible in this sorta league... but that may just be a matter of preference.
You have an ERA of 7 ...
Score runs!!
Maybe, its a batting lineup thing.. Lots of 2 out rallies ended? bad clutch in the 4-7 spots? High gbA cards in the 2-3 spots? Both rally killers, and can kill team runs scored.
Just some random thoughts from a guy who never played a 200 mill league.

Another thought I had was that facing loaded lineups at 200 mil your pitchers, while great, do tend to surrender homers and that you are in a HR friendly park especially for right handers. Perhaps you could explore a trade with someone who has hurlers with fewer HRs on the card; if they are not in a hitters park they won't suffer as much with your pitchers.

actually YES, this team is not going to make it at the 200 level.
Aside from the starting pitching thing- really only Henderson is a regular starting OF at that cap- the othes are bench and waiver guys.
Secondly, you need to assign many more innings to your good RPs by placing them in the correct roles-
and Im guessing from my quick glance that you have it set on Maximize.
I would only do that if I had one main RP that could only pitch one inning, and even then might not.
THEN- you are in Fenway 67 which is a big HR park- gotta realize that some of the mediocre players offense numbers are going to be high there- but that means that so will the oppositions.

Cool, I have 1's everywhere except at 3rd with Chipper being a 3. Henderson has been getting hurt so I dropped him and picked up Yaz. HAL is the one putting in Maxwell to pitch. Seaver has given up 32 homer's in 90+ innings has has Koufax. I moved Smoltz from the bullpen to the starting spot and dropped Seaver. I cannot ever figure out the bullpen settings as HAL seems to do his own thing. I normally don't play in $200 mil leagues as you have to fill out the roster and everyone seems to have a hitters park. I normally play in all players, then AL only followed by NL players only and no one has the same park.

Should have kept Henderson. He was your only good outfielder at the 200mil level and is/was perfect for that slugger park. Also you dropped your best pitcher, Pfiester. Dropping Seaver was a good move, he gets pounded at 200mil. You don't have enough hitting to out hit your opponents in your own park. You should not have lost 17 in a row but you will probably be sub .500.

The water spout (Pfiester) was as bad as the rest of the staff. I did not want to drop Ricky but he was injured for 10 games and just went down for another 15. He was playing as bad as the others. I thought having I-Rod, Gehrig, Cano, A-Rod, Chipper, Rickey, A. Jones, Sosa and McGwire (DH) could pound with the best of them and play good Defense. We will see if the team can recover. SGT D

Even if a guy is off to a bad start it is best to stick with them. A good card is a good card and past results have no effect on future results. In your park, all pitchers will get pounded. Pfiester just happens to have the best card of the guys you had. You are correct in the guys you mentioned can slug with the best of them but you need guys on base for them. You don't have enough high average, high on base guys. Ricky is one of those on base guys you need plus his power in your park would be a bonus. At 200mil, the bench is usually deep enough that you can put in a backup for a while during injuries. When you get a bad auto draft at some positions, try to look for platoons to make up for lack of superstars.
Good luck the rest of the way and keep an eye on the best teams in your league to pick up a few more pointers by seeing what is working for them.

In a $200M league, injuries are meaningless. Get the players with the high injury risks and play them until their legs fall off. Then, put in a $6M substitute. In this type of league, you'll always have mega-millions on the bench. Worrying about injuries is highly counter-productive.

In 200M it can help to get the 5L 6L or 5R 6R balance type players. You have enough money to build a bench and help HAL manage it. Also these platoons can yield big results. Click on the winning teams and read their box scores to see how they deploy their players. I agree, injuries are just an excuse to plug in another great player. However, there is a method to the other managers' madness. Building 200M teams, that are successful, is a learned behavior.
