Switching between starter/reliever rolls
Posted: Mon Feb 04, 2013 11:49 amIf a non-* starter just pitched a complete game, but had reliever capabilities also, when would he again be available for possible relief duty, and at what F rating. Anyone aware of the parameters around that?
