Barnstormers 2013 Signup
Posted: Mon Feb 04, 2013 4:05 pmWe are now taking signups for the Barnstormers 2013 ATG Tournament.
This annual ATG Event will again comprise of 6 Events spread out over the spring and summer and ending with the SemiFinal and Final round. The prizes are the same as last year, 4 TIX to a MLB game and choice of SOM board game or computer game for the Champion and 2 TIX to a MLB game to the runner-up. Plus extra credits for those with the most wins per league grouping per event. (Plus the standard credits)
The event schedule is still being finalized but will again be comprized of a combination of 80Mil, 100 Mil, a possible 60/140 CHOICE event and new for the tour this year, at least one event will use the SHUFFLE THE DECK feature. For now, all events will be AUTODRAFT unless we see (and the board approves) a SOM released Live Draft feature into the game. If we get the right number of players to signup for the tour, a 24-team event could also be incorported into the mix. Again this year, you can participate in all six events and this will give you the priviledge of being able to drop your lowest scoring event. You can also skip one of the six events, but then only your 5 events will be counted. We will again use stadium GROUPINGS, which seperate the ballparks into different types. You must use a different stadium type for each event.
All communication on the tour is done in combination with the Barnstormers Forum and through personal e-mail addresses. All signups must include at least 1 or 2 e-mail addresses that you do check at least several times a week. A cell phone number is also appreciated and kept confidential.
Please signup below, but at the same time - send an e-mail to me with your e-mail addresses and cell phone information to the commissioner at moose@sirmightymoose.com - If you signup here but I do not get the contact information, you will not be considered as entered in the 2013 tour.
SOM has given us both the private Barnstormers Forum and our own STANDINGS PAGE which does not have the event schedule DATES listed as yet, but will be updated soon.
