Our league closed the books on its regular season tonight. Take a look at run differential for the teams that finished with 78 or more wins. See anything unusual?

Talk about a competitive league and fight for the playoff spots. It would be tough to lose out of a playoff spot by one or two games in that league...or by a tie-breaker.

Just goes to show you, run differential doesn't mean a whole hell of a lot - gotta win those 1-run games. The 4 playoff teams in that league had the 4 best records in 1-run games.

Almost as rare as the super typhoons trying out a new player! I see that they seemed to have upgraded their second baseman (Myer) while retaining almost all the usual Forbes '65 regulars that invariably appear on their 100M teams. (Okay, Ginger Beaumont is a new regular since ATG 7 came out) Just not sure why they always draft the same team. Granted the teams usually do well, but doesn't it get kind of boring, sort of like Boggs eating chicken every day?
