Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

Looking for input on who you prefer at SS in smaller cap leagues. $60-$100 mil. and why?
I am looking for small ball teams mainly which would not include someone like Eddie Miller
in a bomber park.

I'm using Aybar in Forbes 09 and he isn't the fielder Bowa is, but he'll drive in more runs and hit around .260. He also has some speed and make sure you get a decent backup for the injury risk.
