Fatigue die roll

I remember hearing that tired pitchers may give up extra base hits when they are fatigued and the @ is rolled. This got me wondering and I began to look for instances of the fatigue roll.

So far I've looked at about 100 die rolls when the pitcher was in an F0 state. Not one roll has corresponded to an @. Considering that @ typically has 10/216 chances of occurring, it seems my sample size would be enough to see it 4-5 times. It seems strange that it hasn't happened at least once. Am I just unlucky or does HAL show fatigue in a more mysterious way?

The @ is only used in the head to head board game. The fatigue thing is basically hidden in the super advanced computer game that we play. The dice roll result is not the real dice roll but one picked to match closest to the fatigued result that just took place. If the dice roll showed the @ result, in theory, it would also have to show a second dice roll because the @ symbols are only on out results.

Thanks for the explanation. I thought something was fishy. Now I don't need to waste the time looking at any more die rolls.
