Have a couple of odd randomizer requests for a franchise league setup:


1) 1 to 7, unique #s, need 3 numbers (trying to decide which lucky 3 souls end up in the Yankees division)

2) 1 to 8, unique #s, need all numbers (to determine the other divisions' order)
