Here's the scenario:
You're in a $120 to $140million league either DH or non DH...It's after waivers and your rotation only has 2 studs north of $9 million, they're PERFECT for you park and you're happy with them. ALL of the pitchers above $9.1 million are gone and no one will trade with you...you are trying to build as expensive of a 4 man SP* rotation as you can and have exactly $17.7million left to spend...but if you save a few pennies there are a couple of bench players that you'd like to upgrade...so it's ok to spend just $17.0million.
Your mission take the 2 best value pitchers between Manning and Spahn (no cheating by taking a cheaper pitcher than Manning) to fit your ball park...you MUST spend a minimum of $17.0 million and a maximum of $17.7 million on your 2 pitchers...

The following cards ARE NOT available since their higher priced brothers are already drafted:
Walsh, Ed (1911) , Joss, Addie (1906) , Maddux, Greg (1992) , Keefe, Tim (1889) , Gooden, Dwight (1984) , Johnson, Randy (2002) , Alexander, Pete (1916) , Marichal, Juan (1969) , Young, Cy (1903) , Clemens, Roger (1991) and Babe Ruth

*You are given 6 different stadiums both with dh and no dh, so lots of variation to your selections
*For the purposes of the scenario ALL the other 11 teams in your league ALL play in Veterans Stadium '75 10-10-10-10 *Remember that your 2 pitchers' salaries MUST have a combined salary between $17.0 - $17.7 million...
