ATG Pitcher Card Addition Survey -- Number 4

Hello all,

Here is the link to the fourth pitcher card addition survey based on the wish list compiled over the last few years through the desires of the SOM playing community on various threads. The wish list link is in the PS. Please vote for those cards that you think have a place in the set, knowing that we all have different interests (60 mil, 80, 100, 140, 200, franchise, keeper, shuffle...). You can vote for each player on a scale from "very unimportant" to "very important". Even if you think that it will serve no purpose, please vote. It gives us just that much more to have to go to the SOM powers with specific community requests. I know that pitcher additions are less sexy than batter additions, but please....vote.

There will be more surveys, hopefully one per month. So how about three weeks on this one (which will give me a week to compile the stats). Any more additions to the wish list? Add them to the thread and I'll add them.

I've added your wishes to the master wish list (link above). Some interesting choices, to say the least (with a certain penchant for pitchers who haven't quite mastered the art of throwing strikes). Was there ever a card for Herb Washington in the C/D set?

A reminder to participate in the survey. You don't need to vote for all 90 names on the list (though you are more than welcome to do so). Some intriguing cards on it (early Koufax w/o *, Spud Chandler's MVP year, my personal favorite Masanori Murakami among others).

I think there are more than enough great seasons in ATG. I think it now needs fun and weird players/seasons like - "this guy has more strikeouts than at bats!"

Besides when I draft less than 1m players I'd like something interesting at least.
