Come on you guys you know you wanna join.....DON'T PROCRASTINATE your opportunity to stick it to the middle class....the government is doing a good job.....let's do our part by jumping on the band wagon....

An RP only in the 4-6 million dollar range is hardly a middle class player. There are no RP only players with cards over 6 million, so these would be "upper class" players. Maybe 2.5 to 3.99 million would be middle class.
