Old Timers Set in Action

Has anyone ever considered putting together a league to emulate the "42 old timers" teams Strat has packaged? They group them by decade, and include such teams as the '67 Red Sox, '34 Cards, '27 Yanks, '50 Whiz Kids, etc. I'd like to put together a 60Mil version of a league in which you have to use the actual players on the roster (as many as you can find), but you can choose any year they have. I've always wanted to put the Whiz Kids together just for fun. They wouldn't win, but it'd be cool to play 'em.

Tangent: Wonder what the '27 Yanks would cost, without a cap?

Well, I count 22 of the 1927 Yankees in the Pre roster of players at a total cost of 76.63 million, if that's what you were wondering.

As someone else mentioned in another thread, I would also like to see total complete teams as an option.
