Anyone know when the Live Draft is...um...supposed to go live?

Wasn't there an announcement like a month and a half ago?

It's been like a year and a half with no Live Draft. They supposedly hired 10 guys and nothing significant has been done in a long time. We used to give Bernie a hard time on the old TSN site. But truth is he was the only person handling the game. He was responsive (maybe not as fast as some would like) to all our issues.

Now, we have some guy Garcia, who does a unilateral blog on topics most guys don't really care about...

Redrum666 what was your sign in name when you played live drafts? Your current user Id was created long after the last live draft.

What is this "Live Draft" of which you speak?

I have a south facing window in my office that I'll open up for a LIVE DRAFT.

I get a cool ocean breeze.

Ok that was like 40 days ago....

i guess an inch closer every day is still technically "closer and closer" huh?

When the live draft does come out I expect to see all you guys signing up every week for a draft. Salt I know you will be there asking "anybody want to trade?"

I still have this vain hope, that somehow, some way, they will roll it out before Dec 15th....if such happens they will make a TON, since there will be so many with 2 weeks of vacation time with open days for live drafting....I could see myself doing 6 to 8 live drafts during the week between Christmas and New Year's.

Like I said, it's all a vain hope.....but without hope it would get boring around here

Honestly Im not sure.
Much as I love the live draft, some participation will occur.
some feel the better late than never platitude applies-
but you can't save a person from themselves is the one that keeps popping in my head.

I haven't seen a live draft update or an expected time frame when it's coming. We haven't even seen a card addition in months either or a defensive upgrade, relief pitchers, use of bench players, substitutions, but we can buy them cheaper. Come to think about it, we should keep this sale going on until we DO get a live DRAFT and player additions!!!
