Reliever Pitching the Day Before Starting

I have 7 guys that can start on one of my teams. Today one of my starter/relievers pitched in relief. Tomorrow he is the scheduled starter. Is he going to be fatigued?

He won't be fatigued. A glitch that has not been addressed yet.
