I prefer No-DH, but we'll do it by vote. (in case of tie, No-DH)

Each team will pick one “stud” hitter and one “stud” pitcher, where “studs” means the highest paid players. We will do a two round snake draft in ILC. Each team will draft one hitter and one pitcher, from the lists below. That should tie up third of the budget.

The twist is each owner has to choose a stadium and assign it to a draft position. No repeating parks.
