Nobody with more than 88 wins and a 3 way tie breaker for the wild card in the barnstormers semi final round.

Six teams tied at 84-78, including a 3-way tie for the West. My team got swept in the final series of the year, and lost the tiebreakers both for the division and wild card. We actually had a seven-way tie around the 150-game mark.

The last word I heard from Rob55 is that his wife lost her job and had to cut back in spending. SOM was part of that cut. We wished him luck and a turnabout in financial fortune. Maybe he will be back. Rob55 was a good manager and put together some aggravating teams. That's the best adjective I can think of.

My new favorite - 3 best teams in the league all in the West, each with 94+ wins, never separated by more than 5 games, came down to last game of season - had I lost, I would have missed playoffs.

This had to have been one of the tightest league-wide races I've been in. Except for Andy's team that trounced us all as usual , almost every team was fighting for a playoff spot until the last two days.
