LIVE DRAFT ABSOLUTE DISASTER

I was commish. Drafted 11 overall took Ted Williams. #10 auto drafted Speaker in 1 and Mays in 2.
Draft didn't credit him with Mays. Later the same guy drafts Williams '46card. I get thrown out of the draft so I have to reenter. After booting me out it apparently listed me as away and gave me 15 seconds per pick.

Had to reset the whole draft after the Mays fiasco. People didn't bother to pick the same guys as before. I'm commish and writing league emails, not realizing I have 15 seconds, so it autodrafts my round 4 pick and 5th pick. It took Keefe in the 5th. THIS IS TOTAL CRAP.

No point in wasting more time on this mess.

So I either get my account credited one credit or I play out my last 6 credits and never play here again.

The draft ended with Druid's team only having 24 players

The right thing to do would be to credit Tito Fuentes and Druid two credits each and everyone else one credit. While those two were certainly affected at the highest level (Druid probably even more so), everyone else was impacted, as well. Not to mention, it was a complete debacle. Let's see if SOM steps up and does the right thing.

The live draft is clearly a problem despite (Mythical) Garcia stating the problems are solved. I contacted on line support several times...no response ...clearly that is a surprise ...It's just a damn shame...could be a great game...service and marketing are clearly not Strats

I've been through 5 live drafts, and they've all gone through smoothly (lucky on those dice rolls, I guess). But clearly there are still glitches happening. And SOM has a big problem if it doesn't start coming through with the customer service side of things. SOM might actually manage to take something that has generated a lot of interest and new activity (the live draft), and turn it into something that chases people away from the game because they won't deal with the customer service issues that inevitably turn up.

I think Hal R. knows he has a very captive audience here and "usually" acts accordingly.

I sent 3 emails to C.S. about my Strat Reward Bucks and only got one very unsatisfactory reply. It didn't even answer my question. It was like it was computer generated although I know that wasn't the case.

Still I continue to play, like most of us do, at our own usual pace. Until we as a community do what we're asking Hal to do, put our money where our mouth is, Hal R. has no real reason to step up and make things right.

It chased me away....I'm the commish of the Friday Night Live Draft League that drafted 1 1/2 weeks ago on a Sunday morning....I've sent over 6 emails to SOM and ALL emails have gone ignored and SOM has yet to respond to a single one...there have been multiple owners that have asked/requested credits for a similar mishap in our league...SOM hasn't responded to any one....UTTER SILENCE.....I have notified SOM that I will not play in another LIVE draft until they (1) respond to our league's concerns which now appear to be your league's concerns as well and (2) give each owner of our league at least 1 CREDIT

....can't believe Dr. Freeze is part of yet another debacle....Dr....isn't this like your 3rd LIVE draft that you've been caught up in a similar controversey??....maybe it is the Doctor's fault... ......hey SOM........you better get involved here in the next week or so.....respond to some legitimate concerns and start ponying up some CREDITS or a number of loyal customers will begin say ADIOS

......guys I feel this is all falling on deaf ears.....btw.....did CUSTOMER DISERVICE set up a link to your LIVE draft for a short period for you guys to discuss this....did anyone from CUSTOMER DISERVICE post a message on your leage's page explaining what had happened and if they NOW FEEL ALL IS WELL AGAIN....and that this was yet another ISOLATED OCCURRENCE???......what have they done to fix the Druid's roster?....or are they completely MUM....or should I say COMFORTABLY NUMB?.......I think Garcia might just be David Gilmour of PINK FLOYD.....and he's still TRIPPIN'
