"PS. The bulk of my teams have poor starters , 5 man rotation. Great reliever (set on mid,set-up and closer), poor reliever to eat innings, 2 r specialists and 1 L specialist.
A couple of my teams have 1 good starter, 4 sucky ones, same relief staff.
I have one team with a lights out starter, same relief staff.
Another team with a poor starting staff, 2 great relievers"

Just based off this info, if you admit your SP is poor, you really need to have a better bullpen. Try 3 good relievers with a R/L specialist.

In general, you can "hide" a weak rotation, in a pitchers park. They will get exposed in hitting parks. As well as neutral parks.
