Too long to explain the latest bit of horrible customer service, but along with that and many other things, in my opinion the Management of this site still sucks.

I just called SOM at the Glen Head office in NY, the receptionist was pleasant to chat with and didn't ask me for any money which I don't have anyways... I could use a snow shovel.

I beleive the key contact is Helen Waite.
If you have any concerns or recommendations, I think they tell you to go to Helen Waite.

HAHH HAHHH- yes they did direct me there when I tried to phone.
Im just not sure anyone feels that there is a reason why they must respond.
