New Autodraft Theme League - Thieves Delight

Who pines for the days when the stolen base meant something, when managers didn't wait for the 3-run HR, before the days of Pete Incaviglia and Adam Dunn and Bob Horner? Boy, do I have the theme for you. Welcome to Thieves Delight!

The autodraft rules are a little convoluted, but they are intended to make you design a team that is powerless to stop the stolen base.

- $80M, DH, waivers, 10% waiver hit
- No pitchers with hold better than +2: there are 144 SPs and 105 RPs in the set that qualify
- No catchers with arm better than +1: 87 catchers qualify
- All other lineup players (except C): Minimum steal rating "B", min run rating 15 - every position has at least 50 eligible players at their primary position except 1b, which only has 35 primary who fit that but plenty of secondary
- Stadiums: Must choose one of the following 12 stadiums - max combined L/R HR rating 6, min combined L/R singles rating 22:

Not to sound dumb but the higher the hold # number the worse the pitcher is at holding a runner on. So, we want pitchers whose rating is 2+ or higher.

I think I answered my question, Mitsh Williams hold rating Is +7, so high must be bad.
