Starting with Game #1 and for the entire season you may ONLY have one (1) player on your roster that qualifies to play ANY outfield position with a MINUS arm. You may play your MINUS arm outfielder in LF, CF or RF...your choice....this is to promote base running teams in addition to playing outfielders in the outfield who may not normally get drafted. No other RESTRICTIONS.
The league just drafted.....I provided a link to the League roster if anyone cares to see how the draft shaped out...lots of potential preseason trades.
