An easy question:

Manny is one. I'm pretty sure that there are only two with OVER 160 ribbies in a season not in the Hall (but I have been known to be wrong).

Ramirez, Sosa, and Hal Trosky.

None of them will ever reach the Hall.

With Trout and Bryce Harper making debuts as youngsters, Trosky was a similar prodigy. His 21-year old season, he batted .330 with 35 HR and 142 RBI. In fact, if he could have duplicated his 21-24 year old seasons, he would be in the Hall. Over his 21-24 year old seasons, he batted .311 with an average of 34 HR and 136 RBI. Migraine headaches wrecked his career, and, baseball-speaking, he was a shell of himself by age 27. One of the what-might-have-been's......

If you really want to split hairs, the answer is Manny and Trosky, Sosa having exactly 160 RBIs (remember the question was "over 160 RBIs"). Thanks Andy for the Trosky story. You can only imagine that the Indians today would have found an answer to his migraine problem; with numbers like his, you find a solution.
