And I didnt look at the rule 7 mil hitters and 8 mill pitcher s. I dont want to play in a league like this do I have to play by their rules?

fwiw, i would play by the rules.

If the league has not filled you can simply opt out and join another league.

If the league has filled - then YES - you must play by the rules of the league.

The rules do not sound that restrictive - you should be able to come up with a reasonable team even if you drafted for an open league.

Since it was your error, I think you should just make it work as best you can.

Even though you made the mistake you do not have to obey the rules. I am certain that the other 11 managers will be overjoyed by your decision..

I wilk play by the rules. I should be able to make a good team only 6 team league.
