Cards, (that meet the 6</4< requirements) in dispute, go to the franchise that they are carded to.

Just went over the rosters of the Yankees and Cardinals. I can't see why you feel the need to omit them from the pool under the salary restrictions. Neither are anywhere near as strong as the Red Sox in any area (maybe fielding). Just curious.

Because I get tired of seeing them every time I play a franchise league.

IMO I think the teams omitted are the easiest to win with. Granted this perception is largely based on 100 million leagues, but I think those franchises have so many options, player wise, that it's somewhat unfair to the other franchises.
