$7m and < hitters and pitchers(all players must be 6 million or less)
$4m and < RP's (all RP's must be 4 million or less)
NO DH
Stadium from your franchise.
(Change to previous rules- be attentive to your draft order)
Any player can be drafted to your team, if he played for your franchise and meets the salary requirements.
After the draft, any player that played for your franchise may be picked up during waivers, etc
