The thing Id mention is that if a guy is useable in the high cap leagues (150,200 etc.)-
there is also a very good chance that he could be used all the way down to 100 mill and possibly even 80;
(pete browning, from the last addition being a prime example of showing up at almost all cap levels)

where the reverse of this is not the same.

Yep , these 1800's guys stats are so hard to take seriously I might as well make a card for myself and nominate it.
