I am in! I love these sorts of leagues, but I have never done one at this high a salary cap. Should be fun.

I've always liked the 'in between' salary caps. can't have all superstars and not playing all small ball either. But taking out the 'in betweener' ball players may affect that too.

I also was in the first league and will do it again.

Okay I joined. But the exclusion of the 5-7.99 M players (and pitchers) is restricted to the opening day roster only, right? So after opening day we can grab these guys as long as we are willing to take the 10% hit. That is my reading on it, otherwise the stipulation should state, no 5-7.99M cards eligible for this league.
