Franchise Theme League
Lineup
C-Severeid
1b-Fred Luderus
2b-Bid McPhee
SS- Wally Gerber
3b-Honus Wagner
LF-Fred Clarke
CF-Harry Hooper
RF-Max Carey
DH-John McGraw
Bench--Dots Miller, Ned Hanlon
Ok, Clarke is a 2 INJ, so my plan has been to carry Miller on bench, so when Clarke misses time, Miller is assigned to DH, moving McGraw to 3b, moving Wagner to RF, moving Carey to LF to fill in for Clarke. That's how I have the lineups set.
However, instead of following my instructions, when Clarke is injured, HAL puts Ned Hanlon in CF, and moves Hooper to LF, taking my 1 out of CF, not to mention Hanlon's bat is worse than Miller's.
What can I do, other than drop Hanlon for a bench player who HAL won't try to put in CF?
