I know this is a pretty broken game but how does a C 1 (-3) 3 PB give up SIX pbs in 24 games?

Some pb result in fact from a high wp rating on the pitcher's card---even 1 rated catchers are affected by this. Look for P/P P/F on the catchers' defensive X-chart.

I had no idea...not sure how that makes sense but where do I find the C chart and thank you too.

Back in the day when play by mail leagues relied on dice and written instructions, Cal Ripken Jr. had a huge card, with a 1e4 rating or so. I was hosting his team, and he made 3 errors in one game. I decided to abandon the game and start over rather than have to deal with the flack I might have gotten.
