Draft 'n swap

Thinking 'bout a league where the team you draft has to be traded wholesale with another team someone else (next in alphabetical order, or something like that) drafted before the waiver period ends. Essentially you draft someone else's team, and you have to build your own team from a foundation not of your own making during the frenzy.
It would be 24-team, $80M, no DH.
Thoughts?
