Rules in Short
Team Consists of 2 Stars (21 Million Combined Salary) Rest of Team Max 28 must have salaries of 4 Million or less
This will be a D/H League
Unique Stadiums
200 Million Cap, basically as many moves as you deem necessary.
We'll draft 2 Stars, 5 players and a stadium in any order on diamonddope, rest of players will be auto-drafted with a frenzy
