ERA is 3 runs more than next highest. This isn't REAL BASEBALL numbers don't you think? Not playing this again!

If you want real baseball try the computer game, play teams, "as played". My guess is there is no salary cap in your league and your pitchers are facing Hall of Fame lineups. Even in 100 million dollar leagues they are facing all-star lineups.

If those pitchers had to face a lineup full of Hall of Famers in their prime you better believe they would get crushed some of the time. Your sample size is small and you are probably in a league with Hall of Fame laced lineups.
